A little hideaway above the city, with room to slow down. Tucked along a small hillside lane near OHSU, this sweet cottage feels like a world of its own. Start your morning with coffee on the deck, catch Mt. Hood on a clear day, and watch the aerial tram glide across the hillside. Generous decks, covered sitting areas, and mature greenery create little pockets for gathering, gardening, or keeping the evening entirely to yourself. A tucked-in hot tub makes staying home especially tempting. Inside, warm wood floors, charming built-ins, and a cozy gas stove invite you to settle in. A Murphy bed folds neatly into the living-room cabinetry, making overnight guests feel at home while keeping everyday living spacious. Glass doors open to the deck, bringing the outdoors into the living space, with a cozy character-filled kitchen. Downstairs, the bedroom retreat offers generous storage, a full bathroom, and its own outdoor access. Nearby trails lead toward Terwilliger, with Lair Hill Park, OHSU, and South Waterfront connections close by. Roof replaced in 2025. All appliances, Murphy bed, and hot tub included. Seller offering a closing-cost credit toward making the lower-level flooring your own. A little sanctuary with the city still within reach and a stones throw to the best healthcare we have in Oregon: OHSU, Portland VA Medical Center, Shriners Children's Hosptial, Legacy, Providence, and DDC.
