Been dreaming of a quiet retreat on the water? Just you and the Columbia river musing together while the sun sets? Welcome to this outer slip at Island Cove! Park the boat in front of the house and come and go from the river with ultimate ease, no neighbors in front of you! This is a rare and unique opportunity - buyer has the option to restore the floating home to marina standards or remove the home and bring in their own marina approved floating home. The house is a 2 bed/2 bath 1147 sq. ft. fixer that needs repair. Floats(foundation), roof, interior all need attention. Perfect opportunity to create the space you want right on the river. Island Cove is a quiet, gated community on the Columbia river that comes with dedicated and secured parking. Lotus Isle Park is right next to the marina, and Hayden Island and all of North Portland is within quick reach. Come create the space to your liking and find yourself rested on the water; to watch the holiday ships roll past, the cormorants and pelicans nest and hunt, and drift in the gentle rhythm of this amazing waterfront community.Internal photos available upon request.
